Cassie Livingston - Shadow Mountain Restaurant Manager
June 2007

Prior to moving to Sunsites in October 2005 Cassie Livingston was a property manager in Scottsdale and Tucson. She was responsible for multiple apartment complexes with over 500 units each. In January 2007 she accepted the position of restaurant manager at the Shadow Mountain Restaurant.

Cassie takes Shadow Mountain Restaurant’s role in the greater community very seriously. She has several plans on stream for sponsoring community events. (See “Cochise County Corner, Sunsites/Pearce”.) She is tapping into her love of cooking as she offers new menu items and works to continually improve the restaurant’s traditional offerings.

What spare time she has is devoted to her daughter, Amanda, who is playing coach pitch baseball.

Cassie is new to Sunsites and says, “I’ve really enjoyed meeting all the great people who live here. I look forward to continually solidifying the restaurant’s beneficial role in the community.”
